Treatment room image_edited.jpg

Mobile massage therapy is a truly great addition to an individual's self-care routine or general lifestyle. Aside from the benefits associated with massage on its own (outlined further down this page), mobile massage therapy builds on these with added perks for the client, such as:

  • No requirement to travel or rushing to get to an appointment

  • No need to pay for parking or un-necessarily increase fuel expenditure travelling to and from a salon

  • Ability to continue to relax for hours after your appointment ends or;

  • Ability to receive a home-based massage with children present*

Massage benefits the vast majority of individuals in a variety of different ways. There are a small number of groups of individuals whom massage is not appropriate. This could be due to a physical or medical based condition. But on the whole, massage is safe and effective, and has been practiced for thousands of years prior to experiencing its current resurgence as a necessary addition to individual self-care rituals.
