FAQs

When & how do I pay for my treatment?
At the time of booking your appointment online, you will automatically pay your travel fee in the form of your £12 deposit. Payment for your massage will be taken at the start of your appointment for first time appointments and all male clients. For returning clients, you may choose to pay for your massage at either the start or end of your appointment.
How much time does it take to set-up / clean-up?
Approximately 20 minutes at either end of your appointment time. Time may vary dependent on location, building type and access to parking.
Do I need to provide anything for my appointment?
2 x towels, and your own music playlist for the course of your appointment. You should have a room within your home that has adequate spacing for the massage table and for the therapist to walk round the periphery of the table with ease.
Do you provide joint appointments / couples massage?
No, as a sole trader, I do not have the capacity to facilitate dual appointments, however, you and your partner/friend/relative may book to have massages one after the other.
Do block bookings need to be paid and booked in advance?
Yes, the full payment of a block booking is required at your first appointment in your massage block. Booking all your sessions in advance during your first appointment is highly advised to reserve your preferred date and time for the entirety of your massage block.
How many massages can you undertake in a corporate environment?
Corporate and community based appointments can be either 3 or 5 hours in length. Massage lengths can be either 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour, subject to the number of employees or members of the community receiving massage therapy. Do you have a cancellation policy?
